– नव नियुक्त सूचना महानिदेशक रणवीर सिंह चौहान ने संभाला कार्यभार

देहरादून।   महानिदेशक सूचना एवं लोक संपर्क विभाग, उत्तराखंड के नव नियुक्त महानिदेशक रणवीर सिंह चौहान ने बुधवार को विधिवत रूप से कार्यभार सम्भाल लिया है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को विभागीय कार्यप्रणाली में विस्तार का पूरा ध्यान रखने के निर्देश दिए। कहा कि अधिक से अधिक कार्यों में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग किया जाएगा।

इस दौरान डीजी सूचना रणवीर सिंह चौहान ने महानिदेशालय में विभागीय अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। बैठक में उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि सूचना विभाग सरकार की योजनाओं और नीतियों को जनता तक पहुंचाने में सेतु का कार्य करता है। इसमें मीडिया का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है, इसलिए मीडिया तक सूचनाओं का आदान-प्रदान-त्वरित गति से होना चाहिए। साथ ही मीडिया अधिकारियों के प्रति मधुर व्यवहार का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाता है।

डीजी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि मीडिया से बेहतर समन्वय स्थापित किया जाए। पत्रकारों के मतभेद के लिए जो योजनाएं संचालित हैं, उनमें विशेष फोकस रखा गया है। राज्य सरकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं और नीतियों जनता तक ज्यादा से ज्यादा किस तरह से इसके लिए विशेष प्रयास किए जाने चाहिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि विभाग वर्तमान समय के अनुसार आधुनिक तकनीक का उपयोग कर सूचनाओं के आदान-प्रदान में तेजी और सरलता लाये। वर्तमान समय में प्रचार-प्रसार के आधुनिक प्रारूपों विशेषकर सोशल मीडिया पर विशेष ध्यान रखा गया। कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के बाद डीजी ने विभागीय कार्यकलापों की जानकारी भी ली।

बता दें कि श्री चौहान के पास अपर सचिव, परिवहन, भाषा, सचिव हिंदी अकादमी, निदेशक भाषा संस्थान, प्रबन्ध निदेशक उत्तराखण्ड परिवहन निगम और उपाध्यक्ष एमडीडीए का अतिरिक्त प्रभार भी है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को दो टूक कहा कि वह अपने काम की ईमानदारी और पूरी तरह से विस्तार के साथ समय पर कार्य पूरा करें।

बैठक में अपर निदेशक डॉ.अनिल चंदोला, संयुक्त निदेशक राजेश कुमार एवं आशीष कुमार त्रिपाठी, उप निदेशक केएस चौहान, नितिन उपाध्याय, सहायक निदेशक रवि बिजारणिया आदि मुख्य रूप से मौजूद रहे।
