चम्पावत। एक बार फिर उत्तराखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत जनता के बीच नए रूप में दिखे। उन्होंने चंपावत जिला मुख्यालय में चाय पर चौपाल कार्यक्रम का आयोजन कर लोगों से जनसंपर्क किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने बस स्टेशन पर स्वयं चाय तैयार कर कार्यकर्ताओं को पिलाई। 

कुमाऊं में जनसम्पर्क भ्रमण पर निकले हरीश रावत ने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार की काहिली के कारण लोगों का पूरी तरह से मोहभंग हो गया है। जनता इस बार परिवर्तन के मूड में है, इसलिए कार्यकर्ता अभी से काम में जुट जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि कार्यकर्ताओं ने ठान लिया तो 2022 में कांग्रेस को सत्ता में आने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता।

इसके बाद हरीश रावत कनलगांव स्थित शहीद राहुल रैंसवाल के आवास पर पहुंचे और परिजनों से कुशल क्षेम पूछी। उन्होंने शहीद के माता पिता और वीरांगना को शाल ओढ़ाकर सम्मानित किया। हरीश रावत ने आरोप लगाया कि केंद्र सरकार तीन कृषि कानूनों के विरोध में आंदोलन कर रहे पंजाब के किसानों पर अनर्गल और संगीन आरोप लगाकर किसानों को डरा रही है।
