रायपुर थाना पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार आज हुई हल्की बारिश से रायपुर थानों मार्ग पर बड़ासी पुल के एक कोने का पुस्ता टूट गया है। इससे पुल पर बड़ी गाड़ी जाने के लिए मार्ग अवरुद्ध हो गया। छोटी कार के लिए मार्ग खुला हुआ है।
मौके पर चौकी प्रभारी मालदेवता समेत पुलिस फोर्स तैनात कर दी है। इधर, 2018 में तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र रावत के निरीक्षण के दौरान थानों पुल की दीवार धंसने और दरारें उभरने पर जांच के आदेश दिए थे। मुख्यमंत्री की जांच के बाद चार अभियंताओं को निलंबित करने के बाद मुकदमें की कार्रवाई हुई थी।
इस मामले में शासन की तकनीकी में सामने आए इस तथ्य को बेहद गंभीरता से लिया है कि बगैर स्ट्रक्चरल डिजाइन के ही पुल का निर्माण कर दिया गया। पुल की दबाव झेलने की क्षमता मानकों से आधी भी नहीं रह गई थी। अब नई दीवार टूटने से थानों के बाद बड़ासी पुल फिर विवादों में आ गया है।
यदि इस पुल की भी जांच हुई तो घटिया गुणवत्ता सामने आएगी। बहरहाल एक के बाद एक पुल निर्माण की गुणवत्ता की पोल खुलने से करोड़ों की लागत से हुए निर्माण में भ्र्ष्टाचार से भी इंकार नहीं किया जा सकता है।
