बढ़ते साईबर धोखाधड़ी की घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगाने के उद्देश्य से Cybersafe पोर्टल गृह मंत्रालय भारत सरकार की एक पहल है । उक्त पोर्टल को भविष्य में साईबर क्राईम की रिपोर्ट करने हेतु भी प्रयोग किया जाना प्रस्तावित है । इस पोर्टल पर पुलिस (LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES) द्वारा बैंकिंग धोखाधड़ी से सम्बन्धित मोबाईल नम्बर, बैंक एकाउन्ट नम्बर, वॉलेट आदि सूचनायें Cybersafe पोर्टल दर्ज की जाती है ।

राज्य के समस्त थानो, साईबर सैल हेतु Cybersafe पोर्टल आईडी साईबर क्राईम पुलिस स्टेशन द्वारा बनायी जा चुकी है, जिनके द्वारा भी धोखाधड़ी में प्रयुक्त मोबाईल नम्बर, एकाउन्ट नम्बरो को उक्त पोर्टल पर दर्ज किये जा रहे है। वर्तमान तक उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस द्वारा उक्त पोर्टल पर 3400 शिकायते दर्ज की जा चुकी है, जिसमे से 2600 शिकायते साईबर क्राईम पुलिस स्टेशन द्वारादर्ज की गयी है ।

शिकायते दर्ज करने में स्पेशल टास्क फ़ोर्स के अन्तर्गत कार्यरत साइबर क्राइम पुलिस स्टेशन के अथक प्रयासो से उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस सम्पूर्ण भारत में चौथे स्थान पर ह देश के बड़े राज्यो व अन्य छोटे राज्यो के बीच उत्तराखण्ड जैसे छोटे राज्य का चौथा स्थान प्राप्त करने में साईबर क्राईम पुलिस स्टेशन की पुलिस टीम का विशेष योगदान रहा है।
