भारत में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के मामलों की संख्या 15 लाख के पार पहुंच गई है. बीते 24 घंटे में देशभर में कोरोना के 48513 नए मामले सामने आए. इस अवधि में 768 लोगों की मौत हुई.
केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के मुताबिक अब देश में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के मामलों की संख्या बढ़ कर 1531669 हो गई है और मौत का आंकड़ा 34193 हो गया है.
अब तक 988029 लोग कोरोना संक्रमण से पूरी तरह ठीक हो चुके हैं तथा 509447 लोगों का इलाज चल रहा है. देश में कोरोना संक्रमण से स्वस्थ होने का रिकवरी रेट 64.24 प्रतिशत है.
इस बीच देश में कोरोना की जांच भी तेजी से बढ़ रही है. बीते रोज देशभर में 408855 सेंपल की जांच की गई. आईसीएमआर के आंकड़ों के अनुसार 28 जुलाई तक 17743740 सेंपल की जांच की जा चुकी है.
कोरोना से प्रभावित राज्यों में महाराष्ट्र पहले स्थान पर है जहां अब तक 391440 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं तथा 14165 मौतें हुई हैं. दूसरे नंबर पर तमिलनाड़ु है जहां तथा 227688 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं तथा 3659 लोगों की मौत हुई है. तीसरे नंबर पर राजधानी दिल्ली है जहां 132275 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं तथा 3881 लोगों की मौत हुई है.
दुनिया भर की बात करें तो विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) के मुताबिक कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के मामले बढ़कर एक करोड़ 63 लाख के पार हो चुके हैं. इस महामारी से दुनियाभर में 6.50 लाख से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हुई है। कोरोना से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित देशों में अमेरिका, ब्राजील और भारत क्रमश: पहले तीन स्थानों पर हैं.
