भारत में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के मामलों की संख्या 19 लाख के पार पहुंच गई है। बीते 24 घंटे में देशभर में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के रिकार्ड 52509 नए मामले सामने आए। इस अवधि में 857 लोगों की मौत हुई।

केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के मुताबिक अब देश में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के मामलों की संख्या बढ़ कर 1908254 हो गई है और मौत का आंकड़ा 39795 हो गया है।

अब तक 1282215 लोग कोरोना संक्रमण से पूरी तरह ठीक हो चुके हैं तथा 586244 लोगों का इलाज चल रहा है। देश में कोरोना संक्रमण से स्वस्थ होने का रिकवरी रेट 67।19 प्रतिशत है।

इस बीच देश में कोरोना की जांच भी तेजी से बढ़ रही है। बीते रोज देशभर में 619652 सेंपल की जांच की गई। आईसीएमआर के आंकड़ों के अनुसार 4 अगस्त तक देश में 21484402 सेंपल की जांच की गई।

कोरोना से प्रभावित राज्यों में महाराष्ट्र पहले स्थान पर है जहां अब तक 457956 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं तथा 16142 मौतें हुई हैं।

दूसरे नंबर पर तमिलनाड़ु है जहां तथा 268285 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं तथा 4349 लोगों की मौत हुई है। तीसरे नंबर पर आंध्र प्रदेश हैं जहां 176333 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं तथा 1604 लोगों की मौत हुई है।

चौथे स्थान पर कर्नाटक है जहां अब 145830 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं तथा 2704 मौतें हुई हैं। पांचवें स्थान पर राजधानी दिल्ली है जहां अब तक 139156 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं तथा 4033 लोगों की मौत हुई है।

छठे स्थान पर उत्तर प्रदेश है जहां अब तक 100310  मामले सामने आ चुके हैं तथा 1817 मौतें हुई हैं।

दुनिया भर की बात करें तो विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) के मुताबिक कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के मामले बढ़कर एक करोड़ 81 लाख के पार हो चुके हैं। इस महामारी से दुनियाभर में 6।91 लाख से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हुई है।

कोरोना से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित देशों में अमेरिका, ब्राजील और भारत क्रमश: पहले तीन स्थानों पर हैं।
