देहरादून। उत्तराखंड का एक और सैनिक शहीद हो गया। इस घटना से प्रदेश मेंं शोक की लहर है। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने भी सोशल मीडिया पर इस घटना पर गहरा दुख जताया है।
जानकारी के मुताबिक 24 वर्षीय जवान सचिन कंडवाल 55 बंगाल इंजीनियरिंग बटालियन में कार्यरत था। वह चमोली जिले के नारायणबगड़ ब्लॉक के कंडवाल गांव के रहने वाले थे। मौजूदा वक्त में उनका परिवार देहरादून राजीव नगर धर्मपुर में रहता है।
बता दें कि सचिन कंडवाल कुछ वक्त पहले ही छुट्टी पर घर आए थे। छुट्टी बिताने के बाद वह वापस ड्यूटी ज्वाइन करने के लिए जा रहे थे। लेकिन भगवान को शायद यह मंजूर नहीं था। सड़क हादसे में उनका निधन हो गया।
सचिन की मौत की खबर जिला प्रशासन देहरादून को मिली, जिसके बाद सूचना परिजनों को दी। उनके निधन की खबर ने पूरे इलाके में शोक की लहर दौड़ पड़ी है। सचिन के परिजन उनकी शादी की तैयारी कर रहे थे। एक साल पहले उनकी सगाई हो गई थी।
सचिन का छोटा भाई भी भारतीय सेना में तैनात है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार सचिन का पार्थिव शहीर आज को देहरादून लाया जाएगा और सैन्य सम्मान के साथ अंतिम विदाई दी जाएगी। बताया जा रहा है कि हरिद्वार में उनका अंतिम संस्कार किया जाएगा।
