देहरादून। उत्तराखंड श्रम बोर्ड की तत्कालीन सचिव दमयन्ती रावत की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती है। अनियमितताओं के चलते पड़ से हटाई गई दमयन्ती रावत की जांच रिपोर्ट मुख्य सचिव के पास पहुंच गए है, जिसमें कई आरोपों की पुष्टि की चर्चा है। जांच में यह बात भी सामने आई है कि दमयन्ती ने कर्मकार बोर्ड के धन को नियम विरुद्ध तरीके से खर्च किया है।

सूत्रों की मानें तो कोटद्वार में मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल के नाम पर कार्यदायी संस्था को करोड़ों रुपये की धनराशि कर्मकार बोर्ड से देने के मामले में तत्कालीन सचिव दमयंती रावत विशेष जांच के घेरे में आ सकती हैं। इस मामले की जांच कर रही समिति ने दमयंती समेत कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (ईएसआई) के अधिकारियों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने की सिफारिश की है।

प्रभारी सचिव डॉ. वी.षणमुगम ने जांच रिपोर्ट मुख्य सचिव को सौंप दी है। अब मुख्य सचिव को रिपोर्ट पर आगे की कार्रवाई करनी है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, जांच रिपोर्ट में ईएसआई के तत्कालीन निदेशक डॉ.नरेश कुमार, प्रभारी मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ.आकाशदीप व बीएम सेमवाल की भूमिका पर सवाल खड़े किए गए हैं।

रिपोर्ट में इन सभी अधिकारियों पर मुकदमा दर्ज कराने के सख्ती षणमुगम व कमेटी ने मुख्य सचिव ओम प्रकाश को सौंपी जांच रिपोर्ट साथ विशेष जांच की सिफारिश की गई है। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि कार्यदायी एजेंसी मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल के नाम पर चुनी गई थी, लेकिन उसे सुपर स्पेशिलिटी अस्पताल के लिए कर्मकार बोर्ड से 20 करोड़ का भुगतान कर दिया गया।

शासन स्तर से प्रशासनिक व वित्तीय अनुमति न लेने को लेकर भी प्रश्न खड़े किए गए हैं। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, रिपोर्ट मुख्य सचिव के पास पहुंच गई है। उन्होंने अभी रिपोर्ट पर फैसला नहीं लिया है। लेकिन बताया जा रहा है कि मुख्य सचिव एस मामले में मुख्यमंत्री से बातचीत कर जल्द कार्रवाई Kके आदेश जारी करेंगे।
