देहरादून : मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने सचिवालय में चारधाम यात्रा की तैयारियों की बैठक लेते हुए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि चारधाम यात्रा के दृष्टिगत 30 अप्रैल तक सभी व्यवस्थाएं पूर्ण कर ली जाए। निर्माण कार्यों के प्रति किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता बर्दाश्त नहीं की जायेगी। कार्यों में तेजी के साथ गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाय।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वे स्वयं कार्यों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण करेंगे। उन्होंने सभी सचिवों को निर्देश दिये कि समय-समय पर अपने विभागों की कार्य प्रगति का स्थलीय निरीक्षण करें। किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या आने पर शीघ्र अवगत कराया जाय। समस्याओं का उचित समाधान निकाला जायेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड के चारधाम देश एवं दुनिया की आस्था का प्रमुख केन्द्र है। चार धाम में श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या में तेजी से वृद्धि होगी।

मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि चारधाम यात्रा शुरू होने से पूर्व सड़कों के सुधारीकरण का कार्य हर हाल में पूर्ण किया जाय। 31 मार्च तक तोताघाटी में सड़क सुधारीकरण का कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया जाय। यात्रा मार्गों और उसके आस-पास के क्षेत्रों में भी सड़क से सबंधित कार्य ससमय पूर्ण कर लिये जाय।

यात्रा को सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए यात्रा मार्गों पर पेयजल, स्वच्छता, साइनेज एवं अन्य आधारभूत सुविधाओं की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था हो। यात्रा मार्गों पर वाटर एटीएम की व्यवस्था के लिए जल्द कार्ययोजना बनाई जाय। यात्रा मार्गों पर पानी के टैंकर की भी पर्याप्त व्यवस्था हो।

मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि जोशीमठ, गौरीकुण्ड से सोनप्रयाग एवं यात्रा की दृष्टि से अन्य प्रभावित स्थानों पर सड़क से सबंधित कार्यों में तेजी लाई जाय। चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान यात्रियों को हेलीकॉप्टर सेवा सुचारू रूप से मिले, इसके लिए ऑनलाईन व्यवस्था सुचारू रखी जाय। टिकट वितरण में पारदर्शिता का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाय।

मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ ने कहा कि यात्रा सीजन के दृष्टिगत यात्रा मार्गों एवं धामों में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के दृष्टिगत सभी व्यवस्थाएं समय पर पूर्ण कर ली जाय। यात्रा के दौरान हेली ऐबुंलेंस सेवा एवं 108 एबुंलेंस की समुचित व्यवस्था हो। केदारनाथ एवं यमुनोत्री में ईसीजी एवं कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट की समय पर तैनाती की व्यवस्था की जाय।

ऑक्सीजन, आईसीयू एवं वेंटिलेटर की भी पर्याप्त व्यवस्था रखी जाय। हेमकुंड में भी स्ट्रीट लाईट की उचित व्यवस्था हो, इसके लिए जल्द तैयारी की जाय। यात्रा सीजन में पर्याप्त वाहनों की व्यवस्था की जाय। यात्रा मार्गों पर जो भी वाहन भेजे जायेंगे, उनका फिटनेस टेस्ट जरूर किया जाय। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाय कि यात्रा के दौरान वाहनों एवं यात्रा मार्गों पर होटल में रेट लिस्ट जरूरी लगी हो। ओवर रेटिंग करने वालों पर सख्त कारवाई की जाये।

  • आपदा से सबंधित संवेदनशील स्थानों पर संसाधनों की पूर्ण व्यवस्था हो। आपदा एवं स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के लिए रिस्पांस टाइम कम से कम किया जाय। यात्रा मार्गों पर पार्किंग की उचित व्यवस्था की जाय। मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी सचिवों को निर्देश दिये कि विभागीय कार्य प्रगति की प्रत्येक दूसरे सप्ताह में समीक्षा की जाय। समय-समय पर मुख्यमंत्री कार्यों की प्रगति समीक्षा लेंगे।
