देहरादून। जिलाधिकारी डा. आशीष कुमार श्रीवास्तव ने आज मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी कार्यालय परिसर चन्दर रोड स्थित काॅल सेन्टर और कन्ट्रोलरूम का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी से काॅल सेन्टर कार्मिकों की संख्या बढाने के निर्देश दिए तथा प्रतिदिन होम आयशोलेशन में रह रहे व्यक्तियों की स्वास्थ्य की माॅनिटरिंग करने के निर्देश दिए।

जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी को मरीजों की विभिन्न शकांओं के समाधान एवं सलाह के लिए आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक भी तैनात करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि काॅल सेन्टर में बीएसएनएल के माध्यम से पीआरआई की पांच अतिरिक्त लाईनें लगाकर होम आयशोलेशन में रह रहे व्यक्तियों के स्वास्थ्य के बारे में एक दिन छोड़कर अगले दिन जानकारी प्राप्त करें। उन्होंने मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी को अतिरिक्त एम्बुलेंस की व्यवस्था करने के भी निर्देश दिए।

कोविड-19 संक्रमण की रोकथाम एवं प्रभावी रोकथाम के लिए जिलाधिकारी डाॅ आशीष कुमार श्रीवास्तव ने सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने समस्त उप जिलाधिकारियों एवं चिकित्साधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जिन-जिन जगहों पर रैपिड एन्टीजन टैस्ट किए जा रहे हैं उन स्थानों पर जिन व्यक्तियों की पाॅजिटिव रिपोर्ट प्राप्त हो रही है उन्हें तत्काल वहीं पर होम आयशोलेशन किट उपलब्ध कराई जाए।

साथ ही इन स्थानों पर 200-200 होम आयशोलेशन किट उपलब्ध कराई जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि अब होम आयशोलेशन की किट एसडीआरएफ के माध्यम से भी वितरण की कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने समस्त उप जिलाधिकारियों तथा चिकित्साधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि होमआयशोलेशन में रह रहे सभी व्यक्तियों को हरहाॅल में कोरोना किट उपलब्ध कराई जाए।

उन्होंने सैम्पलिंग बढाने के साथ ही टीकाकरण कार्यों में और तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान उन्होंने मेडिकेयर मल्टी सेपशलिटी हाॅस्पिटल सेलाकुई, सीआईएमएस कुंआवाला की आवश्यक जांच कर आवश्यक संसाधन जुटाते हुए कोविड हाॅस्पिटल बनाने की कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाए।

उन्होंने आर्यन हाॅस्पिटल डोईवाला में आईसीयू तथा आक्सीजन बैड लगवाने के निर्देश सम्बन्धितों को दिए। बैठक में विवेकानन्द चेरिटेबल हाॅस्पिटल धर्मावाला को डीसीएचसी में बनाए जाने के निर्देेश दिए।

कहा कि रायपुर स्थित स्पोर्टस स्टेडियम में बनाए गए कोविड अस्पताल में आक्सीजन बैड बढाए जाने के साथ ही वहां पर आवश्यक उपचार की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करें। सभी चिकित्सालयों को निर्देशित किया कि जिन कोविड संक्रमित व्यक्तियों का आक्सीजन लेवल 90 से नीचे है उन्हें आक्सीजन बैड तथा जिनका लेवल 90 से उपर है ऐसे व्यक्तियों को आक्सीजन कन्सलेटेटर उपलब्ध कराया जाए।

जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि जिन लोगों की ड्यूटी स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धी कार्यों के लिए लगाई गई है उन सभी को फ्रन्टलाईन वर्कर मानकर उनका टीकाकरण करना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने सभी अस्पतालों को आक्सीजन डिमांड रेज करने के भी निर्देश बैठक में दिए।

जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में समस्त प्रबन्धक स्वामी आक्सीजन एजेंसी सप्लायर के दूरभाष नम्बर के साथ ही अतिरिक्त ड्यूटी सम्पर्क नम्बर भी जारी किए गए हैं।

जिलाधिकारी ने जनमानस से अपील करते हुए कहा कि कोविड-19 संक्रमण के दृष्टिगत केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा समय-समय जारी गाईडलाइन का पालन करें। उन्होंने जनमानस से मास्क का उपयोग सामाजिक दूरी के नियमों का पालन करने का अनुरोध किया।

जिलाधिकारी डाॅं. आशीष कुमार श्रीवास्तव ने बताया है कि जनपद में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के दृष्टिगत प्राप्त हुई रिपोर्ट में 2207 व्यक्तियों की रिपोर्ट पाॅजिटिव प्राप्त होने के फलस्वरूप जनपद में आतिथि तक कोरोना से संक्रमित व्यक्तियों की संख्या 60141 हो गयी है। जिनमें कुल 40850 व्यक्ति उपचार के उपरान्त स्वस्थ हो गये हैं।

वर्तमान में जनपद में 17429 व्यक्ति उपचाररत हैं। आज जांच के लिए कुल 10479 सैम्पल भेजे गए। हैं। जनपद में आज 43515 व्यक्तियों का कम्यूनिटी सर्विलांस किया गया, जिसमें 219 व्यक्तियों में कोविड-19 संक्रमण सम्बन्धी लक्षण पाए जाने पर स्वास्थ्य विभाग को सैम्पलिंग लेने के निर्देश दिए गए।
