– मुख्यमंत्री ने जिलाधिकारियों को फोन कर ली स्थिति की जानकारी, सीएम ने प्रभावितों को तत्काल राहत और अनुमन्य सहायता राशि देने के दिए निर्देश
देहरादून। टिहरी, उत्तरकाशी और रुद्रप्रयाग में भारी बारिश होने से बादल फटे।  हालांकि  कहीं से जानमाल के नुकसान की सूचना नहीं हुआ है, लेकिन फसलों को भारी क्षति पहुंचने है। टिहरी में जानवरों के बाढ़ में बहने की खबर है। बाढ़ के पानी से कई घरों में पानी घुसने से जन-जीवन अस्त-व्यस्त हो गया है।
इधर, बादल फटने का मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने तत्काल संज्ञान लेते हुए संबंधित जिलाधिकारियों से फ़ोन पर जानकारी ली। उन्होंने
प्रभावितों को तुरंत राहत और अनुमन्य सहायता राशि अविलंब देने के निर्देश दिए।
बता दें कि पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में सोमवार देर शाम को कई जगहों पर मूसलाधार बारिश और अतिवृष्टि ने कहर बरपाया है। उत्तरकाशी, रुद्रप्रयाग और टिहरी जिले में कई जगह जानवरों के साथ ही घरों व फसलों को भारी नुकसान हुआ है। घरों और दुकानों में मलबा घुसने से लोगों को भारी क्षति पहुंची है।

टिहरी जिले के जौनुपर विकास खंड के Kक्लर्कग्राम पंचायत बांडाचक के कंडाल गांव में अतिवृष्टि से खेतों को भारी Lकेनुकसान पहुंचा है।

सोमवार शाम पांच बजे जौनपुर क्षेत्र में तेज बारिश से झीड़खाले में बाढ़ आने से पानी और मलबा खेतों में जा घुसा। गेहूं की फसल पूरी तरह से बर्बाद हो गई है। थत्यूड़-बांडाचक सड़क पर खड़ी तीन बाइक मलबे में दब गई हैं।

थानाध्यक्ष संजीत कुमार ने बताया कि मलबे में बाइक दबी है। उन्हें निकालने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। क्षेत्र के सुनील सजवाण ने शासन-प्रशासन से अतिवृष्टि से हुए नुकसान का सर्वे कर प्रभावितों को मुआवजा देने की मांग की है।

भेंटी गांव के लोद तोक में आकाशीय बिजली गिरने से अब्बल सिंह फर्स्वाण की दो भैंस, दो बैल और एक गाय मलबे में दब गई।

गोशाला भी पूरी तरह नष्ट हो गई है। पूर्ण सिंह की गोशाला को भी काफी नुकसान हुआ है। सूचना पर राजस्व उपनिरीक्षक मोहन सिंह बिष्ट और पशुपालन के कर्मचारियों ने स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया और नुकसान का जायजा लिया।

रुद्रप्रयाग जिले में अगस्त्यमुनि ब्लॉक के खांकरा, फतेहपुर और जखोली ब्लॉक के कोटली में अतिवृष्टि से कई गांवों में व्यापक नुकसान हुआ। कई आवासीय घरों व गौशालाओं में मलबा घुस गया है। साथ ही कई मकानों को क्षति भी पहुंची हैं। सड़कें व पैदल मार्ग भी जगह-जगह बाधित हो गए हैं।

उत्तरकाशी जिले के विभिन्न हिस्सों में मूसलाधार बारिश होने से वहां भी जनजीवन अस्त व्यस्त हो गया। चिन्यालीसौड़ प्रखंड के कुमराड़ा गांव के ऊपरी हिस्से में अतिवृष्टि से बरसाती नाले में उफान आने से गांव में अफरा तफरी मच गई।

गाजणा क्षेत्र के कमद गांव में भी अतिवृष्टि से घर-दुकानों में पानी घुस गया। अतिवृष्टि से जिले में फसलों को भारी नुकसान पहुंचा है। प्रभावितों ने प्रशासन से क्षति का आकलन कर क्षतिपूर्ति की मांग की है।

मोरी के ब्लाक कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राजपाल रावत ने बताया कि सोमवार को फिताड़ी एवं रेक्चा गांव के सामने खौका नामे तोक में आकाशीय बिजली गिरने से रणवीर सिंह, सिल्ली राम, प्रह्लाद सिंह की करीब 40 भेड़ बकरियां मर गई।

उन्होंने जिला प्रशासन को इसकी सूचना देते हुए शीघ्र मौके पर राजस्व विभाग की टीम भेजकर क्षति का आकलन कर पीड़ितों को क्षतिपूर्ति देने की मांग की है।
