देहरादून। उत्तराखंड के शहरी क्षेत्रों में अब प्रतिदिन दोपहर 2 बजे तक ही बाजार खुला रहेगा। दोपहर 2 बजते ही, आवश्यक सेवाओं को छोड़कर शेष बाजार बंद हो जाएगा। साथ ही रात्रि कालीन कर्फ्यू भी रात 9 बजे से बढ़ाकर 7 बजे कर दिया गया है।

जैसे को विभाजित संक्रमण बेकाबू हो रहा है, सामान्य जन जीवन पर सख्ती भी बढ़ती जा रही है। इसी क्रम में सरकार ने अब प्रदेश के सभी शहरी क्षेत्रों में रोजमर्रााना दोपहर दो बजे बाद आवश्यक सेवाओं के इतर अन्य बाजार बंद करने का फैसला लिया।

मुख्य सचिव ओमप्रकाश की ओर से जारी आदेश के अनुसार पूरे प्रदेश में अब रात्रि कालीन कफरू भी शाम सात बजे से ही लागू हो सकते हैं। पहले इसके लिए रात नौ बजे का समय तय था। कफरू सुबह पांच बजे तक जारी रहेगा।

रविवार को पूरे प्रदेश में सम्पूर्ण को विभाजित कफरू रहेगा। कफ्र्यू के दौरान बाहर से आने जाने वाले यात्री, शादी समारोह वालों को पूर्व निर्धारित शर्त के अनुसार आने वाले की छूट रहेगी।

इसी तरह दूसरे राज्यों के नागरिकों को अब उत्तराखंड में प्रवेश के लिए देहरादून स्मार्ट सिटी की वेबसाइट पर पूर्व पंजीकरण करवाना होगा।साथ ही 72 घंटे के भीतर की आरटी पीसीआर नैगेटिव रिपोर्ट भी प्रस्तुत करनी होगी।

दूसरे राज्यों से अपने घर लौटने वाले राज्य के नागरिकों को भी इसी प्रकार पंजीकरण करवाना होगा, हालांकि उनके लिए को विभाजित जांच की योग्यता नहीं रखी गई है, अलबत्ता उन्हें अपने घर पर ही क्वारंटीन होना पड़ेगा।

इधर, सरकार ने जिला स्तरीय कार्मिकों के अवकाशकालीन निदेशालय स्तर से मंजूर किए जाने पर रोक लगाते हुए, इसके लिए जिलाधिकारी को अधिकृत कर दिया है। उक्त सभी आदेश आज यानि बुधवार 21 अप्रैल से ही लागू होंगे।

राज्य लगातार बढ़ते संक्रमण की वजह से सक्रिय रोगियों की संख्या में तेजी से इजाफा हो रहा है। मंगलवार को जारी स्वास्थ्य बुलेटिन के अनुसार राज्य के अस्पतालों में भर्ती और होम आईसोलेशन में रह रहे मरीजों का कुल आंकड़ा 21 हजार 14 लाख रुपये है।]
