देहरादून। छात्रवृत्ति घोटाले में लिप्त अफसरों की मुश्किलें लगातार बढ़ती जा रही है। हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश पर जांच कर रही एसआईटी ने 11 मुकदमों में आरोपी समाज कल्याण और सम्बंधित अफसरों पर भ्रष्टाचार में भी मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। एसआईटी की इस कार्रवाई में सबसे पहले 50 से ज्यादा मुकदमों में आरोपी पूर्व जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी अनुराग शंखधर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। जल्द कुछ और अफसरों और कॉलेज संचालकों की भी गिरफ्तारी हो सकती है।
उत्तराखंड के देहरादून और हरिद्वार जिले में करोड़ों रुपये की छात्रवृत्ति घोटाले की जांच आईपीएस मंजू नाथ टीसी के नेतृत्व में चल रही है। एसआईटी ने हरिद्वार में 51 तथा देहरादून में 32 मुकदमे स्ववित्तपोषित शिक्षण संस्थानों और तत्कालीन समाज कल्याण अधिकारियों के खिलाफ दर्ज किए हैं। हरिद्वार में 38 और देहरादून में 26 मुुकदमों में तत्कालीन लोक सेवकों और संचालकों के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम की धाराएं मुकदमे में बढ़ाई गई हैं।
एसआईटी ने सबसे पहले हरिद्वार के 11 और देहरादून के 4 मुकदमों में संलिप्त पूर्व जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी अनुराग शंखधर के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार का मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ है। शंखधर पर देहरादून और हरिद्वार के 22 शिक्षण संस्थानों के साथ मिलकर करीब 22 करोड़ से ज्यादा की छात्रवृत्ति घोटाले में संलिप्तता एसआईटी ने पाई है। जबकि ऊधमसिंह नगर के 44 मुकदमों में भी अनुराग शंखधर शामिल है।
एसआईटी प्रभारी मंजू नाथ टीसी ने बताया कि भ्रष्टाचार का मुकदमा दर्ज होने के बाद आरोपी शंखधर को नोटिस देकर तलब किया था। लेकिन आरोपी एसआईटी से बचता फिर रहा था। आज एसआईटी की टीम ने आरोपी को नई दिल्ली से गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। जल्द कुुुछ और आरोपियों की भी भ्रष्टाचार में गिरफ्तारियां हो सकती हैं।
