चमोली गढ़वाल:  7 फरवरी 2021 को चमोली जिले के तपोवन में आई आपदा के बाद भंग्युल गांव के लोगों के जख्म भरे भी नहीं थे कि गुरुवार रात वह मंजर एक बार फिर सामने आ गया। गुरुवार रात फिर धौली गंगा का जलस्तर बढ़ने से दो माह दो माह पूर्व बनाया गया झूला पुल टूट गया, जिससे क्षेत्र का संपर्क देश-दुनिया से टूट गया है।

बता दें कि बीती 7 फरवरी को धौलीगंगा में आई बाढ़ के कारण भंग्युल गांव को जोड़ने वाला ये पुल बह गया था, जिसके बाद लोक निर्माण विभाग ने दो माह पहले ही बनाया गया था। इस गांव में जोड़ने वाला यह एक मात्र पुल था।

जानकारी के अनुसार मलारी घाटी के तपोवन-रैणी क्षेत्र में धौली गंगा नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ने से भंग्यूल स्थित झूलापुल का एबेटमेंट बहने से उसका एक हिस्सा लटक गया है। साथ ही खौफजदा ग्रामीण रतजगा करने को मजबूर हैं।

सात फरवरी को ऋषिगंगा व धौलीगंगा नदी में आए सैलाब में भंग्यूल झूलापुल बह गया है। तब उसकी जगह दो माह पूर्व इस लोनिवि ने नए झूलापुल का निर्माण किया था।

बताया गया कि दो दिन से हो रही भारी बारिश के बाद मलारी घाटी में धौली गंगा का जलस्तर लगातार बढ़ रहा है। इसी के चलते गुरुवार को झूलापुल के एक ओर का एबेटमेंट बह गया। इससे भंग्यूल समेत तीन गांव अलग-थलग पड़ गए हैं।

जिला आपदा प्रबंधन अधिकारी नंद किशोर जोशी ने बताया कि भंग्यूल झूलापुल के नदी के कटाव से क्षतिग्रस्त होने की सूचना है। मौके पर प्रशासन की टीम भेज दी गई है।
