चमोली। बीते 7 फरवरी को रैणी/तपोवन क्षेत्र में ग्लेशियर फटने से मची तबाही में कई लोगों की जाने चले गई हैैं। दिल दहलाने वाली इस घटना से हर किसी की रूह कांप रही है। ग्लेशियर टूटने के बाद बाढ़ ने ऋषि गंगा नदी में जो तांडव मचाया है, उसने दर्जनों जिंदगियां बर्बाद करके रख दी है।

बता दें कि इस हादसे में लापता हुए व्यक्तियों में से अलग-अलग स्थानों से अब तक 36 शवों के अलावा 16 मानव अंग बरामद किये जा चुके हैं, जिसमें से 10 शवों की शिनाख्त हो गयी है। जिन शवों की शिनाख्त नहीं हो पायी है उन सभी शवों का डीएनए संरक्षित किये गये हैं।

शवों के अंतिम संस्कार के लिए कमेटी गठित की गई है। इस कमेटी ने 7 शवों और 7 मानव अंगों का धार्मिक रीति रिवाजों एवं सम्मान के साथ दाह संस्कार किया है, जिसमें 3 शवों का दाह संस्कार चमोली घाट पर और 4 शवों के साथ 7 मानव अंगों का दाह संस्कार कर्णप्रयाग घाट पर किया है।

इस दौरान सभी मृतकों की आत्मा की शांति की प्रार्थना की गयी। वर्चुअल पुलिस स्टेशन, चमोली ने बताया कि राहत एवं बचाव कार्य लगातार जारी है। बताया जा रहा है कि जिस तरह नदी में रोजाना शव मिल रहे है, उससे अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है कि मृतकों की संख्या में और इजाफा होने की आशंका है।
