आयोग की ओर से सोमवार को जारी टैरिफ के अनुसार 101 से 200 यूनिट बिजली खर्च करने वाले उपभोक्ताओं के लिए अब 4 रुपये प्रति यूनिट यूनिट की लागत है।
अभी तक 3.75 रुपये की बिक्री थी ।201 से 400 यूनिट बिजली प्रतिमाह खर्च करने वाले घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को अब प्रति यूनिट पांच रुपये पचास पैसे के हिसाब से बिल देना होगा। इस श्रेणी के उपभोक्ताओं के लिए अभी तक टैरिफ पांच रुपये पंद्रह पैसे था।

यानी इस श्रेणी के लिए प्रति यूनिट 35 पैसे बढ़ाए गए हैं। महीने में 400 यूनिट से अधिक बिजली खर्च करने वाले उपभोक्ताओं को अब छह रुपये 25 पैसे प्रति यूनिट के हिसाब से बिल देना होगा। इस श्रेणी के लिए अभी तक टैरिफ 5 रुपये 90 पैसे तय था। यानी इस श्रेणी में भी प्रति यूनिट 35 पैसे का इजाफा किया गया है।

उत्तराखंड में इन उपभोक्ताओं को बड़ी राहत

विद्युत ऊर्जा आयोग ने बीपीएल श्रेणी के उपभोक्ताओं के लिए टैरिफ में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया है। ऐसे उपभोक्ताओं की संख्या पूरे राज्य में पाँच लाख के करीब है। इसके अलावा बर्फ वाले क्षेत्रों के उपभोक्ताओं के लिए भी टैरिफ में बदलाव नहीं किए गए हैं।

इसके अलावा प्रतिमाह 100 यूनिट तक बिजली खर्च करने वाले घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं के टैरिफ में भी कोई वृद्धि नहीं होगी और इनसे पूर्व की भांति ही प्रति यूनिट दो रुपये अस्सी पैसे के हिसाब से बिल वसूला जाएगा।

कमर्शियल श्रेणी के 50 यूनिट प्रतिमाह खर्च करने वालों और 25 किलोवाट विद्युत भार तक के एलटी उपभोक्ताओं के टैरिफ में भी कोई इजाफा नहीं किया गया है। इस बार कई और छूट भी दी गई है।

समय पर बिल जमा करने पर छूट मिलेगी 

आयोग ने इस बार समय पर बिली कैश और चेक से जमा करने पर भी उपभोक्ताओं को बड़ी छूट देने के प्रस्ताव पर मुहर लगा दी है। इसका लाभ बड़े बिल चुकाने वालों को बहुत मिलेगा।
