देहरादून। उत्तराखंड को लगता है कि किसी की नजर लग गई है। बेकाबू होता कोरोना रोजाना दर्जनों जान ले रहा है। प्रदेश के अभियन्ता अभी तक अपने लगभग दर्जन भर सहयोगियों को खो चुके हैं। इसके बाद भी एक और बुरी खबर आई है कि दो अभियंताओं की कल भी कोरोना ने जान ली है।

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार लोक निर्माण विभाग हरिद्वार में कार्यरत सहायक अभियंता अरुण केसरवानी को कोरोना ने अपने आगोश में लिया है। वह हरिद्वार स्थित एक निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती थे। लेकिन वह आखिर में कोरोना से लड़ते-झगड़ते जीवन कुंग खो गया।

इसके अलावा ऊर्जा निगम के विद्युत वितरण खण्ड (नगर) हल्द्वानी में कार्यरत प्रभारी अवर अभियंता सतेंद्र सिंह नेगी भी कोरोना के नेतृत्व में मौत के मुंह मे समा गए। दैनिकानालाइन वर्कर की मौत से पूरे प्रदेश में शोक की लहर है।

बता दें कि बीते रोज ही उत्तराखंड पेयजल निगम निर्माण इकाई श्रीनगर गढ़वाल में कार्यरत अधिशासी अभियंता प्रदीप कुमार अग्रवाल की जिंदगी भी कोरोना ने छीन ली थी। उन्होंने एम्स ऋषिकेश में अंतिम सांस ली है। पेयजल निगम निर्माण इकाई श्रीनगर में परियोजना प्रबन्धक के पद पर कार्यरत होने वाले मृतक पीके अग्रवाल का इसी महीने 31 मई को रिटायरमेंट था। लेकिन भगवान को शायद कुछ और ही मंजूर था।

कार्यक्रम देखें तो सबसे पहले कोरोना ने पेयजल निगम के प्रबंध निदेशक वीसी पुरोहित की जान ली। इसके बाद सिलसिला जारी किया गया। इसके बाद ये वाक्यांश कोरोना ने ऊर्जा निगम ऋषिकेश के अधिशासी अभियंता डीके सिंह, रुद्रपुर के एसडीओ विनोद कुमार के बाद उत्तराखंड जल संस्थान के अधिशासी अभियंता अशोक कुमार की जिंदगी भी छीन ली।

दो दिन पहले ही सिचाई विभाग के अधिशासी अभियंता सुबोध मैथानी सहित दो और अभियंता कोरोना से लेकर हारने वाले थे। इनमें पीडब्लूडी मुख्य अभियंता कार्यालय देहरादून में कार्यरत सहायक अभियंता भास्कर त्रिपाठी और पेयजल निगम कोटद्वार के अपर सहायक अभियंता मोहम्मद अरशद खान शामिल है। लगातार साथियों की मौत से प्रदेश के अभियन्ता स्तब्ध हैं।
