भारत में कोरोना का कहर लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। बीते 24 घंटे में देश में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के सबसे ज्यादा 45720 नए मामले सामने आए हैं तथा 1129 लोगों की मौत हुई है। एक दिन में हुई मौतों की यह अब तक की सबसे बड़ी संख्या है।
केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के मुताबिक देश में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के मामलों की संख्या बढ़ कर 1238635 हो गई है। कोरोना के चलते देश में मौत का आंकड़ा 29861 हो गया है। अब तक 782606 लोग कोरोना संक्रमण से पूरी तरह ठीक हो चुके हैं तथा 426167 लोगों का इलाज चल रहा है।
यह लगातार सातवां दिन है जब देश में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के 34 हजार से ज्यादा मामले आए हैं। अब तक देश में 15075369 सैंपलों की टेस्टिंग की गई है। बीते रोज 350823 सैंपल की जांच हुई।
भारत में कोरोना से प्रभावित राज्यों में महाराष्ट्र पहले स्थान पर है जहां अब तक 337607 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं तथा 12556 मौतें हुई हैं। दूसरे नंबर पर तमिलनाड़ु है जहां तथा 186492 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं तथा 3144 लोगों की मौत हुई है।। तीसरे नंबर पर राजधानी दिल्ली है जहां 126323 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं तथा 3719 लोगों की मौत हुई है।
दुनिया भर की बात करें तो कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के मामले बढ़कर डेढ़ करोड़ के पार हो चुके हैं। इस महामारी से दुनियाभर में 6 लाख से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हुई है। कोरोना से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित देशों में अमेरिका, ब्राजील और भारत क्रमश: पहले तीन स्थानों पर हैं।
