दो दिन के भीतर कोरोना के दो मामले मिलने से सचिवालय प्रशासन को दो अनुभागों समेत सात दफ्तरों को सील कर दिया गया है। पत्रकारों को भी सचिवालय में फिलहाल एंट्री नहीं मिल सकेगी, इसको लेकर सचिवालय प्रशासन की ओर से विधिवत आदेश जारी किए हैं ।
स्टाफ के अलावा महज सांसद , मंत्री, विधायक को ही सचिवालय में एंट्री मिल सकेगी। आदेश में कहा गया है कि सचिवालय में सांसद ,कैबिनेट मंत्री राज्य सरकार भारत सरकार, विधायक सभा सचिवालय परिसर में सचिवालय के अधिकारी कर्मचारियों के अतिरिक्त किसी की धारी व्यक्ति को सचिवालय में प्रवेश पूरी तरह से वर्जित किया जाता है।
इसके साथ ही प्रिंट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया से संबंधित पत्रकारों को सचिवालय परिसर के अंदर आना और जाना पूर्णतया प्रतिबंध रहेगा सामान्यता पत्रकार एवं मीडिया कर्मी कार्य दिवस में ही दिन में 3:00 से 5:00 के बीच स्कैनिंग सैनिटाइजर का इस्तेमाल तथा सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करते हुए सचिवालय परिसर स्थित मीडिया सेंटर से ही सूचना प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।
वहीं बाहरी व्यक्तियों को विभाग से संबंधित किसी भी प्रकार का प्रार्थना पत्र सचिवालय में दिए जाना हो तो वह सचिवालय से प्रवेश पत्र कार्यालय में अपना पत्र डाक जमा कर सकता है जिसके लिए सचिवालय प्रशासन विभाग द्वारा अनुसचिव स्तर का अधिकारी नामित किया जाएगा जिसके द्वारा उक्त पत्रों को सैनिटाइज कर संबंधित विभागों को उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
