देहरादून। कोरोना महामारी की दूसरी लहर ने देश के साथ ही उत्तराखंड में भी हाहाकार मचाया हुआ है। प्रदेश में हर दिन हजारों की संख्या में संक्रमण के मामले सामने आ रहे हैं। इस सबके बीच प्रदेश के अस्पतालों की व्यवस्था बुरी तरह चरमराई हुई है।

कहीं बिस्तर नहीं मिल रहे हैं तो कहीं दवाइयां, आक्सीजन सिलेंडर और आईसीयू बेड के लिए लोग मारे-मारे फिर रहे हैं। ऐसे संकट के समय जिस सरकर को जनता के बीच होना चाहिए था, वह पूरी तरह मोर्चे से गायब है।

मुख्यमंत्री, मंत्री और विधायक जनता की मदद करने में पूरी तरह असफल रहे हैं। ऐसे संकट के वक्त जब उत्तराखंड सरकार ने जनता से पूरी तरह दूरी बनाई हुई है, आम आदमी पार्टी ने जरूरतमंद लोगों तक सहायता पहुंचाने का बीड़ा उठाया है।

कोरोना संकट में राज्य सरकार की नाकामी के बीच आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता और कार्यकर्ता युद्धस्तर पर सेवा अभियान में जुट गए हैं। प्रदेश के हर जिलें में पार्टी नेता और कार्यकर्ता कोरोना संक्रमितों तथा अन्य जरूरतमंद लोगों की दिल खोल कर मदद कर रहे हैं।

कहीं कोरोना संक्रमितों को ऑक्सीजन उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है तो कहीं जरूरतमंदों तक भोजन और अन्य जरूरी चीजें पहुंचाई जा रही हैं। कहीं पार्टी कार्यकर्ता ऐंबुलेंस सेवा और निजी वाहनों के जरिए बीमार लोगों को अस्पाताल पहुंचा रहे हैं तो कहीं मरीजों के लिए दवा, इंजेक्शन, आईसीयू बेड आदि का इंतजाम करने में लगे हैं।

इसी क्रम में आम आदमी पार्टी के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष दीपक बाली ने बेहद सराहनीय पहल की है। उन्होंने अपने गृहक्षेत्र काशीपुर स्थित एलडी भट्ट अस्पताल में अपने खर्च पर 20 बेडों के वार्ड के लिए डॉक्टर और अन्य स्टॉफ के साथ ही जरूरी व्यवस्थाएं उपलब्ध कराई हैं, जिसके बाद अस्पताल में कोरोना संक्रमितों का इलाज शुरू हो गया है।

दरअसल प्रशासन ने काशीपुर के इस सरकारी अस्पाताल में 20 बेड का कोविड वार्ड तो बनाया था, लेकिन डॉक्टर और टेक्नीशियन आदि नहीं होने की वजह से यहां संक्रमितों को भर्ती करने और उनके इलाज में दिक्कतें आ रही थी।

इस बात की जानकारी मिलते ही पार्टी नेता दीपक बाली ने बीते दिनों शासन-प्रसाशन को पत्र लिख कर 20 बेडों के कोविड वार्ड के लिए अपने खर्च पर डाक्टर्स और टेक्नीशियन के साथ-साथ अन्य व्यवस्थाएं करने का प्रस्ताव रखा था।

दीपक बाली के इस प्रस्ताव को शासन-प्रशासन की मंजूरी मिलने के बाद उन्होंने सारी व्यवस्थाई उफलब्ध करा दीं जिस के बाद से कोविड मरीजों का इलाज शुरू हो गया है। दीपक बाली की इस पहल से लोग बेहद राहत महसूस कर रहे हैं।

दीपक बाली के अलावा आम आदपी पार्टी उत्तराखंड के कई अन्य नेता और कार्यकर्ता भी कोरोना काल में जनता के बीच पहुंच कर सेवा कर रहे हैं। कोरोना से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित देहरादून जिले में पार्टी की प्रवक्ता उमा सिसोदिया द्वारा होम क्वारंटाइन मरीजों को निःशुल्क भोजन पहुंचाने का अभियान शुरू किया गया है।

इस अभियान के तहत उमा सियोदिया कोरोना पॉजिविट होने के चलते होम क्वारंटाइन में रह रहे जरूरत मंद लोगों को निःशुल्क भोजन उपलब्ध करा रही हैं। सिसोदिया के अलावा पार्टी के कई दूसरे कार्यकर्ता भी देहरादून जिले में जरूरत मंदों तक मदद पहुंचा रहे हैं।

देहरादून जिले के विकासनगर क्षेत्र में पार्टी की सक्रिय कार्यकर्ता डिंपल सिंह द्वारा विकासनगर तथा आसपास के क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले प्लाज्मा डोनर्स को अपने निजी वाहन से प्लाज्मा बैंक, अस्पताल तक लाने और वापस घर पहुंचाने की व्यवस्था की गई है।

इसी तरह का बीड़ा हरिद्वार जिले में अमित चौधरी द्वारा उठाया गया है। वे अपने निजी वाहन से प्लाज्मा डोनर्स को निःशुल्क लाने व ले जाने का काम करने के साथ ही जरूरतमंदों तक ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर की सहायता भी पहुंचा रहे हैं।

प्रदेश के पर्वतीय जिले देवप्रयाग की बात करें तो पार्टी के युवा नेता गणेश भट्ट ने यहां मोर्चा संभाला हुआ है। गणेश भट्ट अपने निजी वाहन से बीमार लोगों को देवप्रयाग से श्रीनगर अस्पताल तक पहुंचाने में लगे हुए हैं। गणेश भट्ट के अलावा और भी तमाम नेता, कार्यकर्ता अपने स्तर पर करोना काल में आम जनता के साथ दुख-दर्द बांट रहे हैं।
