देहरादून। कोरोना कर्फ्यू में बाजार खोलने को लेकर राज्य सरकार ने आज फिर आदेश जारी किया है। सरकार ने अब समस्त बाजारों को बुधवार 9 जून से सुबह 8 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक एक दिन छोड़ कर खोलने का फैसला लिया है। हालांकि भीड़-भाड़ वाले प्रतिष्ठानों को खोलने की अनुमति नहीं दी गई है। सरकार के इस आदेश से व्यापारियों को बड़ी राहत मिली है।

जारी आदेश संख्या 189 /USDMA/792(2020), दिनांक 07 जून 2021 का आदेश निरस्त किया गया है।

पूर्व में जारी आदेश संख्या 186/USDMA/792 (2020) दिनांक 06 जून, 2021 के बिन्दु संख्या-7 को बिन्दु संख्या 14.D में सम्मिलित कर बिन्दु संख्या 14E ( 8 ) एवं (vii) में संशोधन कर शिथिलता दी गई है।

8 जून को जारी आदेश के अनुसार समस्त व्यापारिक प्रतिष्ठान (बाजार) दिनांक: 09, 11 एवं 14 जून, 2021 (क्रमश: बुधवार, शुक्रवार एवं सोमवार) को प्रातः 08 बजे से शाम 05 बजे तक खुले रहेंगे, लेकिन समस्त सिनेमा हॉल, शॉपिंग मॉल, जिम, खेल संस्थान स्टेडियम खेल के मैदान, स्वीमिंग पूल मनोरंजन पार्क थियेटर ऑडिटोरियम, बार आदि व इनसे सम्बन्धित समस्त गतिविधियाँ अग्रिम आदेश तक बंद रहेंगी।

COVID curfew अवधि में दिनांक 12 एवं 13 जून, 2021 (शनिवार एवं रविवार) को नगर निकाय द्वारा समस्त सार्वजनिक स्थलों यथा आवासीय क्षेत्रों, बस स्टेण्ड, रेलवे स्टेशन, मार्केटस एवं मण्डी आदि भीड़-भाड़ वाले स्थानों को निरन्तर sanilize करवाना सुनिश्चित करेगें।सभी मालवाहक वाहनो (लदे हुए अथवा खाली) को राज्य और अंतरराज्यीय आवागमन के साथ सामग्री के परिवहन की अनुमति है।

आम जनता को फल और सब्जियों आदि की सीधी खरीद के लिए परिसर में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

होटल, रेस्तरां भोजनालयों और ढाबों को केवल खाद्य पदार्थों की Takeaway / होम डिलीवरी के लिए रसोई संचालित करने की अनुमति होगी। होटल, ढाबे रेस्तरां में बैठकर भोजन करना पूरी तरह से निषिद्ध रहेगा।

होटल, ढाबे रेस्तरां और भोजनालय होम डिलीवरी हेतु वाहनों का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग एवं अन्य भागों में चलने वाले मालवाहक एवं अन्य वाहनों के चालको / यात्रियों की सुविधा हेतु भोजन को बैंकिंग कर दिये जाने की अनुमति होगी।

ई-कॉमर्स प्लेटफॉर्म के अन्तर्गत अमेजन, फ्लिपकार्ट, ब्लू डार्ट, DTDC, Myntra आदि द्वारा सभी सेवाओं की ऑनलाइन डिलीवरी / होम डिलीवरी की अनुमति है। राज्य के किसी भी स्थान पर चेकिंग के दौरान उन सेवादाता कम्पनियों के कर्मचारियों को अपने प्रतिष्ठानों से जारी किये गये वैध परिचय पत्र को दिखाना अनिवार्य होगा।

खाद्य और किराने की वस्तुओं के फुटकर विक्रेताओं को भी होम डिलीवरीसेवाएं प्रदान करने की अनुमति होगी।झेटल, रेस्तरा भोजनालयों और वादों को Takenway होम डिलीवरी के लिए रसोई संचालित करने की अनुमति होगी।

होटल रेस्तरा में बैठकर भोजन करना पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंधित रहेगा। होटल, रेस्तरां और भोजनालय होग सकते हैं। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग एवं अन्य मांगों में चलने वाले मालवाहक एवं अन्य वाहनों के चालकों यात्रियों की सुविधा हेतु भोजन को बैंकिंग कर दिये जाने की अनुमति होगी।
