देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में इस साल भी तबादले नहीं होंगे। प्रदेश सरकार ने वार्षिक तबादला सत्र शून्य घोषित कर दिया है।  सोमवार को मुख्‍य सचिव ओम प्रकाश ने इसको लेकर आदेश जारी कर दिया है। कोरोना के चलते कार्मिकों का एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान पर यात्रा आदि किए जाने पर संक्रमण फैलने की आशंका बनी रहेगी। इसे देखते हुए वर्ष 2021-22 का वार्षिक तबादला सत्र शून्य घोषित किया गया है।

उत्‍तराखंड में तबादलों के लिए प्रक्रिया हर साल मार्च में शुरू हो जाती है। नियमानुसार 31 मार्च तक विभागीय स्तर पर कार्मिकों का चिह्नीकरण करना होता है। एक अप्रैल को शासन, विभाग, मंडल और जिला स्तर पर तबादला समितियों का गठन हो जाता है। 15 अप्रैल तक प्रत्येक संवर्ग के सुगम-दुर्गम क्षेत्र के कार्यस्थल, पात्र कर्मचारियों व उपलब्ध और संभावित रिक्तियों की सूची वेबसाइट पर डाल दी जाती है।

20 अप्रैल तक अनिवार्य तबादलों के लिए पात्र कार्मिकों से विकल्प ले लिए जाते हैं। अनुरोध के आधार पर तबादलों के लिए आवेदन को 30 अप्रैल तक की तिथि तय है। सभी आवेदन पत्र 15 मई तक जमा हो जाते हैं। 25 मई से पांच जून तक तबादला समिति की बैठक होती है और 10 जून तक तबादला आदेश जारी हो जाते हैं।

दिलचस्प बात यह है कि पिछले साल भी तबादला सत्र शून्य किया गया था। लेकिन पूरे वर्ष सभी विभागों ने बम्पर तबादले किये गए। खुद मुख्यमंत्री के विभागों ने शासनादेश की धज्जियां उड़ाई। शून्य सत्र की आड़ में विभागीय आला अधिकारियों ने मनमाने तरीके से चहेतों जे स्थानांतरण किये। अब देखना यह है कि क्या  इस बार शासनााादे का पूरी  से पालन करा पाती है या नहीं।
