देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर धामी ने पहली ही कैबिनेट बैठक में प्रदेश के बेरोजगारों के लिए बड़ा फैसला लिया है। उन्होंने सरकारी विभागों में रिक्त 20 हजार से ज्यादा पदों पर भर्तियां करने प्रस्ताव पारित किया हैै। बेरोजगारी से हलकान प्रदेश के युवाओं के लिए अच्छी खबर है। साथ ही रिक्त पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने का निर्णय भी लिया गया। अतिथि शिक्षकों और सरकारी पालीटेक्निकों के संविदा प्रवक्ताओं को बड़ी राहत देने को भी मंजूरी दी गई है।

रविवार को राजभवन ने शपथ लेने के बाद रात्रि को सचिवालय में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की अध्यक्षता में मंत्रिमंडल की पहली बैठक हुए, जिसमें युवाओं और महिलाओं के हित में फैसले लिए गए और संकल्प भी पारित किए गए।
इस कैबिनेट की ब्रीफिंग नहीं की गई। इसकी ब्रीफिंग सोमवार को 11 होगी । पत्रकारों के सवालों पर शासकीय प्रवक्ता सुबोध उनियाल ने कहा कि बेरोजगारों और राज्य के युवाओं के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण फैसले लिए गए। राज्यहित में कई फैसले लिए गए हैं। जिन्हें सोमवार को ब्रीफिंग में विस्तार से बताया जाएगा।

 

सूत्रों के मुताबिक मंत्रिमंडल ने सरकारी महकमों में रिक्त पदों पर जल्द भर्ती करने का निर्णय लिया है। माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों के रिक्त पदों पर चार हजार से ज्यादा कार्यरत अतिथि शिक्षकों को राहत देने का निर्णय लिया गया। मंत्रिमंडल के इस फैसले से प्रशिक्षित बेरोजगारों को रोजगार को लेकर अनिश्चितता से निजात मिल सकती है। पालीटेक्निकों में कार्यरत करीब 500 प्रवक्ताओं को भी स्थायी नियुक्तियों में वरीयता दी जाएगी। साथ ही उनके मानदेय को बढ़ाने के संकेत हैं।

मंत्रिमंडल ने महिला सशक्तीकरण के संबंध में कई संकल्प पारित किए। तय किया गया कि महिलाओं के उत्थान और आर्थिक विकास को लेकर कई अहम कदम उठाए जाएंगे। मंत्रिमंडल ने महिला व जन कल्याण से जुड़े करीब आधा दर्जन संकल्प पारित किए। सूत्रों के मुताबिक बैठक में मंत्रियों के पोर्टफोलियो को लेकर भी चर्चा की गई। सोमवार को

पोर्टफोलियो बांटे जा सकते हैं। वैसे तीरथ सरकार में रहे मंत्रियों के विभागों में फेरबदल की कम ही गुंजाइश बताई जा रही है। चुनाव नजदीक है, इसलिए समय की कमी को देखते हुए जिसके पास पूर्व में जो विभाग थे उन्हें वही विभाग आवंटित किए जाएंगे।
