देहरादून। उत्तराखंड डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर महासंघ की अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी से वार्ता हुई। वार्ता में इंजीनियरों की विभिन्न लंबित मांगों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। कई मांगों पर शासन ने सहमति भी जताई है।

वार्ता में अभियन्ताओं ने सभी विभागों में एक समान पदों के लिए एक समान नियमावली बनाने की माांग की गई, जिस पर अपर मुख्य सचिव नेे सहमति जताते हुए 3 माह के अंदर कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया।

महासंघ ने वाहन भत्ता पुनरीक्षित कराने की मांग की, जिस पर एक माह के अंदर परीक्षण पूर्ण कराये जाने के निर्देश दिए। इसके अलावा पूर्व की भांति 10, 16 एवं 26 साल पर प्रोन्नत वेतनमान की मांग की गई। पुरानी पेंशन बहाली के साथ ही जल निगम और जल संस्थान के राजकीयकरण की मांग की गई।

इसके अलाावा ऊर्जा निगमों में सहायक अभियंता के पदों पर पदोन्नति कोटा 40 से बढ़ाकर 50 प्रतिशत कराए जाने के लिए बोर्ड को परीक्षण के निर्देश दिए गए। पेयजल निगम में वरिष्ठता सूचियों को तत्काल अनंतिमीकरण करने पर भी सहमति बनी।

वार्ता में शासन की ओर से अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी के अलावा अपर सचिव पेयजल एवं ग्रामीण निर्माण विभाग जीबी ओली, अपर सचिव वित्त अरुणेंद्र सिंह चौहान, उप सचिव कार्मिक महावीर सिंह, अनुभाग अधिकारी कार्मिक संदीप शर्मा, प्रबंध निदेशक पेयजल निगम वीसी पुरोहित, मुख्य अभियंता लोक निर्माण विभाग आलोक कुमार, मुख्य अभियंता ग्रामीण निर्माण विभाग, निदेशक ऊर्जा निगम आदि मौजूद रहे।

महासंघ की ओर से वार्ता में प्रांतीय अध्यक्ष हरीश चंद्र नौटियाल, प्रांतीय महासचिव अजय बेलवाल, डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर्स संघ लोक निर्माण विभाग के प्राण8 महासचिव एसएस चौहान, इंजीनियर्स संघ सिंचाई बिभाग के महासचिव अनिल पंवार, इंजीनियर्स संघ पेयजल निगम के प्रांतीय अध्यक्ष रामकुमार, इंजीनियर्स संघ जल संस्थान के प्रांतीय महासचिव प्रशांत सेमवाल, इंजीनियर्स संघ ऊर्जा निगम के अध्यक्ष वीके दास मुख्य रूप से शामिल रहे।
