देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सेलाकुई रोड स्थित ग्राफिक एरा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साइंस धूलकोट माफी में स्पूतनिक-वी वैक्सीन का शुभारंभ किया। उत्तराखंड में इसके साथ ही स्पूतनिक वैक्सीन का शुभारंभ हुआ। इस अवसर पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत, सैनिक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी, विधायक सहदेव सिंह पुंडीर भी उपस्थित थे।

टीकाकरण कार्यक्रम शुरू होने से पूर्व उत्तर प्रदेश के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री कल्याण सिंह के निधन पर 2 मिनट का मौन रखा गया। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य में कोविड टीकाकरण तेजी से चल रहा है। इस वर्ष दिसंबर माह तक राज्य में शत प्रतिशत टीकाकरण किया जाएगा। टीकाकरण के लिए केंद्र सरकार से राज्य को पूरा सहयोग मिल रहा है।

इस माह अभी तक केंद्रीय सरकार से राज्य को 17 लाख वैक्सीन मिल चुकी हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में व्यापक स्तर पर टीकाकरण के लिए प्रदेश के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों तक टीकाकरण कैम्प लगाए गए हैं। कोविड की संभावित तीसरी लहर के लिए भी राज्य सरकार की पूरी तैयारी है। राज्य में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को और मजबूत करने के लिए लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि टीकाकरण अभियान में लगातार तेजी लाई जा रही है। बागेश्वर जनपद कोविड वैक्सीन की शत प्रतिशत डोज लगाने वाला पहला जनपद एवं शत प्रतिशत कोविड वैक्सीन की पहली डोज लगाने वाला पहला विकासखंड खिर्सू है। आज स्पूतनिक वैक्सीन के शुभारम्भ पर टीकाकरण स्थल पर 100 लोगों का टीकाकरण किया गया।
