उत्तरकाशी। उत्तरकाशी में बारिश ने एक बार फिर तांडव मचा दिया है। बारिश से निरकोट (माण्डों गांव) में बरसाती नाला ऊपन पर आने से एक दर्जन घर चपेट में आ गए हैं। इस दौरान भूस्खलन के निशाने पर आए एक घर पूरी तरह से जमींदोज हो गया है। इस घर मे दो महिला और एक बच्ची की मलबे में दबकर मौत हो गई।

तीनों का शव एसडीआरएफ की टीम ने मलबे से रेस्क्यू कर लिया है। गांव में इस घटना के बाद दहशत का माहौल है। इधर, जिले के कंकराड़ी गांव में भी बारिश से कई घरों को भारी नुकसान की सूचना है। यहां भी कुछ लोगों के लापता होने की सूचना है।

 

राज्य में तेज बारिश का दौर जारी है। इसके चलते नदी नाले उफान पर आ गए हैं। रविवार को उत्तरकाशी जिले में देर शाम शुरू बारिश कहर बनकर टूटी। जिला मुख्यालय के निकटवर्ती गांव निराकोट और कंकराड़ी में बादल फटने के बाद उफान के साथ आया मलबा घरों में घुस गया। इससे दो मकान, एक मोटर पुल और कई पैदल मार्ग ध्वस्त हो गए।

जबकि बच्ची सहित तीन महिलाओं की मकान के मलबे में दलने से मौत हो गई। एक व्यक्ति गदेरे में बहने से लापता है। तीनों के शवों को सुबह निकाल लिया गया। वहीं तीन घायल व्यक्तियों को उपचार के लिए उत्तरकाशी जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। सूचना पर रेस्क्यू टीम मौके पर पहुंची और राहत-बचाव शुरू कर दिया। हालांकि रात को अंधेरा होने के कारण टीम को परेशानी झेलनी पड़ी।

आज भी मौसम विभाग की चेतावनी

मौसम विभाग ने आज सोमवार 19 जुलाई को भी भारी बारिश की चेतावनी दी है। वहीं, बारिश और भूस्खलन से प्रदेश में मलबा आने से 50 से ज्यादा संपर्क मार्ग बंद हैं। नदियों के जलस्तर में भी वृद्धि हुई है। हालांकि अभी ये खतरे के निशान से नीचे बह रही हैं। राज्य मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र के अनुसार अगले 24 घंटे भारी गुजर सकते हैं। इस दौरान देहरादून, हरिद्वार, पौड़ी और नैनीताल में भारी बारिश हो सकती है।

रात 8 बजे से बारिश ने मचाया तांडव

रविवार देर शाम तेज बारिश के बाद जिला मुख्यालय के 15 किमी क्षेत्र में पडऩे वाले निराकोट और कंकराड़ी गांव में बादल फटा। इससे बरसाती गदेरों (बरसाती नाला) में उफान आ गया।

जिला आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग के अनुसार कंकराड़ी गांव में दो मकान ध्वस्त हो गए। सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान मांडो गांव में हुआ है। जहां पर 15 से 20 घरों में मलबा घुस गया। वहीं, करीब चार से पांच मकान जमींदोज को हो गए हैं। मांडो गांव में रेस्क्यू टीम ने दो महिलाओं और एक बच्ची का शव बरामद कर लिया है।

सूचना पाकर मौके पर एसडीआरएफ और पुलिस आपदा की खोज बचाव टीम रेस्क्यू अभियान चला रही है। वहीं, मलबे में दबे एक बुजुर्ग को सुरक्षित रेस्क्यू कर लिया है। इस अलावा भटवाड़ी विकासखण्ड के कंकराड़ी गांव में भी गदेरा उफान पर आने के कारण एक व्यक्ति के बहने की सूचना है।

मलबे से ये शव हुए बरामद

रविवार रात साढ़े 8 बजे उत्तरकाशी जनपद में मांडो गांव के बीचोंबीच बहने वाला गदेरा तबाही लेकर आया। गनीमत ये रही कि गदेरे में पानी बढ़ते ही लोग अपने घरों को छोड़कर भाग गए, नहीं तो इसकी चपेट में काफी लोग आ सकते थे। मांडो गांव में करीब 4 से 5 मकान जमींदोज हो गए हैं।

देवानन्द भट्ट के परिवार की दो महिलाएं और एक बच्ची मलबे में दब गए। सोमवार सुबह तीनों के शव निकाल लिए गए हैं। मृतकों में माधरी देवी (42 वर्ष), रीतू (38 वर्ष) और कुमारी ईशु (6 वर्ष) हैं। वहीं, राहत बचाव टीम ने 4 घायल मजदूरों को जिला अस्पताल भिजवाया है। दूसरी ओर निराकोट में गांव के दोनों और गदेरा आने के कारण ग्रामीण बीच मे फंस गए हैं और ग्रामीणों ने एक स्थान पर शरण ले ली है।
