नैनीताल। हाईकोर्ट ने प्राथमिक और उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में फर्जी दस्तावेजों के आधार पर नियुक्त लगभग 3500 शिक्षकों की जांच तीन हफ्ते में पूरी करने के आदेश दिए हैं। कोर्ट ने इस मामले में सख्ती बरतते हुए राज्य सरकार से तीन हफ्ते में रिपोर्ट तलब की है। अब इस प्रकरण में अगली सुनवाई 2 नवम्बर को होगी।

बता दें कि स्टूडेंट वेलफेयर सोसायटी ने शिक्षा विभाग में फर्जी शिक्षकों को लेकर हाईकोर्ट में जनहित याचिका दायर की है। मामले की सुनवाई कार्यवाहक मुख्य न्यायाधीश रवि कुमार मलिमथ और न्यायामूर्ति आरसी खुल्बे की खंडपीठ कर रही है।

शिक्षकों की फर्जी नियुक्ति के मामले में राज्य सरकार ने हाईकोर्ट में शपथ पत्र देकर फर्जी शिक्षकों के दस्तावेजों की जांच में डेढ़ साल का समय लगने की बात कही। लेकिन खंडपीठ ने राज्य सरकार की अपील को ठुकरा दिया। कोर्ट ने सरकार को तीन हफ्ते में जांच पूरी करखे रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के आदेश दिए हैं।

उधर, सोसायटी ने हाईकोर्ट से इस मामले की जांच के लिए एसआईटी गठित करने की मांग की है।
