चमोली गढ़वाल। अल्मोड़ा में प्रेमी की सामूहिक हत्या के बाद चमोली जिल के नागनाथ पोखरी में भी एक ऐसा ही मामला सामने आया है। आरोप है कि नागनाथ पोखरी में प्रेमिका को मिलने गए प्रेमी को प्रेमिका के परिजनों ने जिंदा जला दिया। प्रेमी की देहरादून अस्पताल में इलाज के दौरान मौत हो गई।

पुलिस ने मामले में पूरी घटना की जनकारी लेते हुए एफआईआर दर्ज कर तफ्तीश शुुरू कर दी है। मृतक के पिता ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की

मामला 6 अप्रैल का है। बताया जा रहा है कि पोखरी विकासखंड स्थित महड़ गांव (चांदनीखाल) निवासी अमित थपलियाल (उम्र 29) हरिद्वार में किसी प्राइवेट कंपनी में नौकरी करता था, जो 6 अप्रैल को हरिद्वार से अपनी प्रेमिका को मिलने (कुजासू) पोखरी आया था।

अमित के पिता रमेश चंद्र थपलियाल का कहना है कि लड़की पक्ष द्वारा उनके बेटे को जान से मारने के उद्देश्य से आग लगाई गई. घटना के बाद लड़की के परिजनों ने अपने बचाव में अमित को कर्णप्रयाग अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया।

इस दौरान अमित के परिजन भी सीएचसी कर्णप्रयाग पहुंच गए। सीएचसी में डॉक्टरों ने अमित की गंभीर स्थिति को देखते श्रीनगर बेस अस्पताल के लिए रैफर कर दिया।

मृतक युवक का आरोप है कि लड़की पक्ष ने आग किसी तिमारदार के 108 एंबुलेंस के जरिए अमित को श्रीनगर बेस अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया। अमित के परिजन भी एंबुलेंस के पीछे बेस अस्पताल श्रीनगर पहुंचे, लेकिन वहां से भी डॉक्टरों ने अमित को हायर सेंटर रेफर कर दिया।

इसके बाद परिजनों ने अमित को देहरादून के केशव अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया. यहां भी अमित की हालत पर कोई सुधार नहीं आया तो परिजनों ने अमित को देहरादून के इंद्रेश अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया. जहां एक हफ्ते जिंदगी और मौत से जूझने के बाद अमित ने 13 अप्रैल की रात को दम तोड़ दिया।

बता दें कि मृतक अमित थपलियाल इन दिनों हरिद्वार की कंपनी में नौकरी कर रहा था। दो भाईयो में अमित बड़ा था. अमित के पिता रमेश चंद्र थपलियाल का कहना है कि 6 अप्रैल को लड़की पक्ष ने उन्हें 8 बजे शाम को सूचना दी कि उनके लड़के ने खुद को आग के हवाले कर दिया है।

मृतक के पिता का कहना है कि 13 अप्रैल को मृत्यु होने के बाद लड़के के शोक और संस्कार के कार्यों में वक्त लगने के कारण प्राथमिकी दर्ज नहीं करवा सके थे। गत माह 29 अप्रैल को परिजनों ने तहरीर दी।

बीती 30 अप्रैल को पटवारी चौकी में उनके द्वारा एफआईआर दर्ज की जा चुकी है। क्षेत्रीय पटवारी पूरे मामले की जांच कर रहे हैं। पीड़ित परिवार ने जिलाधिकारी से भी गुहार लगाई है कि इस मामले को रेगुलर पुलिस के पास हस्तांतरित किया जाए, ताकि दोषियों पर कठोर कार्रवाई की जा सके। मृतक युवक के पिता ने लड़की के मां और ताऊ के खिलाफ नामजद तहरीर दी है।
