देहरादून। उत्तराखंड राज्य में लगातार बढ़ रहे कोरोना संक्रमण के मद्देनजर सरकार अब और सख्त कदम उठाने की तैयारी में है। इसी क्रम में अब उत्तराखंड में शादी कार्यक्रमों को लेकर राज्य सरकार बड़ा फैसला लेने जा रही है। शादी-विवाह के कार्यक्रमों का हिस्सा बनने  के लिए अब सभी को RT-PCR नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है।  यहां तक कि दुल्हा-दुल्हन को भी आरटीपीसीआर निगेटिव रिपोर्ट रखनी जरूरी है। 

उत्तराखंड ने कोरोना के लगारतार बढ़ते मामलों के बीच अब राज्य सरकार प्रदेश में शादियों को लेकर बेहद सख्त नजर आ रहा है। राज्य सरकार अब जल्द ही शादियों में आने वाले मेहमानों के लिए कोरोना जांच को अनिवार्य करने की तैयारी कर रही है।

इसके अलावा राज्य सरकार ने पहले ही यह संकेत दे दिए है कि 18 मई के बाद भी कर्फ्यू को आगे बढ़ाया जा सकता है। राज्य में यह देखने को मिल रहा है की शादी विवाह के कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने के बाद कोरोना संक्रमण के मामले और तेजी से फैल रहे हैं।

यही वजह है कि राज्य सरकार समय-समय पर शादी समारोह में शामिल होने वाले लोगों की संख्या को कम करती रही है। हालांकि, 10 मई को कोरोना कर्फ्यू को 10 मई से आगे बढ़ाते हुए राज्य सरकार ने इसे 18 मई तक कर दिया था।

उस दौरान राज्य सरकार ने शादी समारोह में 20 लोगों के ही शामिल होने की बाध्यता रखी है, लेकिन अब आंकड़ा बढ़ने के साथ इस पाबंदी को और भी सख्त करने का विचार चल रहा है। जिसके बाद इन 20 लोगों को भी कोरोना जांच की निगेटिव रिपोर्ट लेकर ही शादी समारोह में आना होगा।

हालांकि, इसके लिए सरकार को गाइडलाइन में संशोधन करना होगा। लेकिन इतना तय है कि अगर सरकार गाइडलाइन के तहत इस नियम को लागू करती है तो फिर दूल्हा–दुल्हन को भी शादी में rt-pcr की नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट साथ में रखनी होगी।

ये गाइड लाइन जारी होने के बाद तय होगा कि सरकार क्या नियम बनाती है। शासकीय प्रवक्ता सुबोध उनियाल ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि  शादी में शामिल होने वाले लोगों को कोरोना की नेगेटिव आरटी-पीसीआर रिपोर्ट रखनी अनिवार्य की गई है।
