देहरादून। अधिशासी अभियंता एसोसिएशन, उत्तराखंड पेयजल निगम के महासचिव दीपक मलिक को महासचिव पद से निष्कासित किया गया है। मलिक पर एसोसिएशन विरोधी गतिविधियों में संलिप्त होने का आरोप है। एसोसिएशन ने उन्हें तत्काल प्रभाव से हटाने का निर्णय लिया गया है। एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष प्रवीण कुमार राय ने यह जानकारी दी है।

एसोसिएशन की बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय का हवाला देते हुए अध्यक्ष प्रवीण कुमार राय ने बताया कि महासचिव दीपक मलिक द्वारा पिछले कुछ समय से एसोसिएशन विरोधी गतिवधियों में प्रतिभाग किया जा रहा था। कई बार मौखिक चेतावनी के बाद भी वह संगठन विरेाधी गतिविधियों में प्रतिभाग करते रहे थे। उनके द्वारा जो पत्राचार किया गया वह कार्यकारिणी द्वारा पारित प्रस्ताव के विपरीत था।

इस संबंध में उन्हें कारण बताओ नोटिस भी जारी किया था, लेकिन लंबा समय व्यतीत होने के बाद भी महासचिव के द्वारा कोई जवाब नहीं दिया गया। अलबत्ता उनके द्वारा लगातार संगठन विरोधी गतिविधियां संचालित की जाती रही। इनके कृत्य से संगठन की छवि धूमिल हो रही थी।

बताया गया कि बिना अध्यक्ष को अवगत कराए पेयजल निगम प्रबंधन से संगठन विरोधी पत्राचार करने का मलिक को दोषी पाया गया है। उनके द्वारा जो पत्राचार किया गया उससे एसोसिएशन की छवि पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ रहा था। इसका संज्ञान लेते हुए शुक्रवार को कार्यकारिणी की आनलाइन बैठक हुई। बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से मलिक को एसोसिएशन के महासचवि पद से हटाने का प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया।

एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष प्रवीण राय ने बताया कि कार्यकारणी के इस निर्णय के बाद महासचिव दीपक मलिक को तत्काल प्रभाव से पद से कार्यमुक्त किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि महासचिव पद पर अगली नियुक्ति होने तक एसोसिएषन संविधान में दी गई अव्यवथा के तहत सक्षम पदाधकिारी को महासचिव पद पर कार्य निर्वहन के लिए अधिकृत किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि मलिक के द्वारा भविष्य में महासचिव के रुप में किया जाने वाला पत्राचार अवैध होगा।

उधर, निष्कासित किए गए एसोसिएशन के महासचिव दीपक मलिक का कहना है कि उन्हें गलत आरोप लगाकर हटाया गया है। कुछ पदाधिकारी निजी स्वार्थो को साधने का प्रयास कर रहे थे, जिसका मैने विरोध किया। पारिवारिक असमर्थता जताते हुए मैने अप्रैल माह में ही एसोसिएशन को व्हट्सऐप पर अपना इस्तीफा भेज दिया था। वैसे भी कार्यकारिणी अवैध रुप संचालित हो रही है। वर्तमान कार्यकारिणी का कार्यकाल एक साल पहले पूरा हो चुका है। ऐसे में अवैध कार्यकारिणी द्वारा मुझे हटाने का निर्णय वैध नहीं है।
